Indoor, outdoor and adventure pools and a spacious sauna and & leisure zone plus beauty & massage facilities are available exclusively to hotel guests.

In addition, our SPA zone also boasts a fitness centre, a yoga studio, private SPAs and our bistro with terrace. Moreover, the Balance Resort is linked to the Family Spa Stegersbach by a glass walkway.

Other water-related activities available at the hotel include aqua fitness, aqua stretching and aqua jogging. The core element of our Medical Wellness programme is Metabolic Balance. Other programmes at the Balance Resort Stegersbach include balance training activities such as qi gong, yoga, stretching and our trusted fitness check up.

Pool Area

Depending on the season, you can relax in our freshwater, heated outdoor and indoor pools, at temperatures of up to 34°C. On hot summer days we set the temperature a bit lower at approximately 29°C.

The Balance Pool is an infinity pool, i.e. its special construction gives swimmers the feeling they are swimming into the horizon. Special bath towels are available in the pool area for your use.
Sauna Zone
Relax against a background of sound and light in the aqua meditation room, in the laconium or in the steam bath. Come and sweat it out in our Finnish sauna. There’s also a separate ladies-only sauna.

Relaxing Baths & Massages

Creative relaxation baths (herbal baths, packs and beauty baths) and massage treatments for singles or couples are available in our bright and airy treatment rooms with glass walls.
