High ropes course, rafting on the Etsch and Passer, tandem flights, climbing park, gorgeous 18-hole golf course (Golf Club Passeier) and 9-hole golf course (Golf Club Lana, 10% discount on green fee prices for hotel guests) roughly 20–40 minutes away by car. Advance payment policy:
An advance payment amounting to 15% of the total must be transferred to the account number listed above within 14 days of booking. In the case of short-notice bookings, your credit card will be accepted to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, no fees apply. Delayed cancellations, late arrival, early departure and no-shows are billed as follows:
13 to 7 days:  45%
6 to 1 day :    75%
No-shows:    100% (the percentages indicated apply to the total price)

Arrival and departure:
You can check in to your apartment suite starting at 3:00 pm. On your day of departure, we ask that you check out by 11:00 am. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, please inform us so that we do not give your room away to someone else (otherwise we can only guarantee your room until 8:00 pm).

Late departure:
For a surcharge of €45 per apartment suite, you can delay your departure until 5:00 pm after informing the reception staff on the day of departure.
