As a guest at the Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana, you can take advantage of the full range of sports and activities offered at the adjacent Club Funimation Borik from 1 June 2010.

This means that you have access to a first-class range of recreational activities that leaves nothing to be desired!

It includes everything from beach volleyball and football to tennis facilities with six sand courts and floodlights (for a fee). Another option is to simply rent a bicycle and zip over to Zadar or journey out into the hilly landscape.

A cardio fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment and a gym provide space for strength training, aerobics and a supervised fitness programme.

Water lovers will be in paradise in the hotel’s new pool area or in the spectacular Acquapura world at the Club hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools and an adventure pool with a water slide. Or they can make use of the water sport centre (for a fee) if they are in the mood for any kind of water sport or want to learn from a professional!

In addition to boat rentals (pedalos and canoes), the centre also offers the opportunity to go water skiing, ride on a banana boat, go parasailing, catamaran sailing or windsurfing, or try out a variety of courses.

Detailed description of water sport activities on offer:

• Diving*: introductory diving in the pool, introductory dive in the sea, bubblemaker course in the pool (for children ages 8 to 11), scuba diving course with a certificate (duration: 2 days), open water course with a certificate (duration: 4 days), speciality and advanced courses all the way up to Divemaster
• Surfing*: beginner courses with theory and practical training, children’s surfing courses (ages 8 and older), private training in one-on-one lessons or small groups.
• Catamaran sailing*: beginner courses, advanced courses, introductory catamaran sailing, private training and special training
